The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE), founded in 1957, is the State’s highest authority for monitoring and regulating school education. It is administered by the Government of Rajasthan and based in Ajmer. The board’s objective is to provide high-quality education while assisting students in their complete development from Classes 1 to 12.

Around 6,000 schools are connected with the board. Every year, over 11 lakh students appear for board examinations. Exam Pattern

The application form should be duly filled out by all students who will be appearing for the board exam. The school authorities complete the entire form-filling process, so that students will be able to sit for the board exam. Below are some details regarding the RBSE Class 10 application form:

  • RBSE Class 10 examination application forms are provided by various schools and institutions.
  • Students must fill out the application form and send it to the institution along with the required payments.
  • Students who do not submit the application form will be unable to take the exam.
  • The application form is sent to the board headquarters for further processing by the school administration.

Some important points to keep in mind while filling out the form are listed below:

  • Students need to submit their personal details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, religion, reservation category, etc.
  • They are required to furnish their full address along with their contact number. The official website informs, “Please provide a valid mobile number because you will receive an SMS with a security code”. Candidates will need to enter the security code in the space provided on the application form.
  • Students will have to enter their Aadhaar number. However, it may be noted that this section is optional and can be filled by candidates who wish to get a scholarship from the RBSW social welfare department.
  • They need to upload their scanned passport-size photograph (in JPEG format for a maximum of 150 KB size) and scanned signature (maximum size should be 150 KB).
  • It should be noted that the signature should be in an area of 2″ X 1″ on white paper with a black ballpoint pen.
  • Candidates need to select the exam centre to give the exam (for private candidates).
  • Candidates have to enter their education details, starting from class 9th. 
  • Finally, the candidates will need to click on the “I Accept the Terms & Conditions” checkbox present in the declaration box and click on the preview button.
  • Upon clicking the button, a preview of the completed application form appears on the screen. If the candidate wishes to make any changes, they can go back and edit. Else, they can click on the Save and Print button.

Competitive examinations have now become an integral part of our educational system.   1. Joint Entrance Exam (JEE)

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is an engineering entrance examination conducted in India for admission to various engineering institutions. 

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) manages the joint admission process for 23 Indian Institutes of Technology campuses, 31 National Institutes of Technology campuses, 25 Indian Institutes of Information Technology campuses, and 19 other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) based on a student’s JEE Mains and JEE Advanced rank.

The JEE entrance test, administered by CBSE, consists of two distinct and separate stages:

  1. National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET)

The NEET is the medical equivalent of the famed JEE engineering examinations. These exams are conducted by the Medical Council of India. It was founded in the year 1997, under the Graduate Medical Education Regulations.

Currently, the NEET is arranged for two distinct graduate programmes and are as follows:

This law entrance test is carried out for two hours. The CLAT exam paper has 150 multiple-choice questions. It is divided into four sections.
