Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Scheduled Caste (SC) categories do not have to secure any minimum qualifying marks to qualify for the counselling. However, candidates must note that their admission will be as per the seats reserved for their respective categories.

Candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories will have to secure a minimum cut-off of 25% marks to qualify for their AP EAMCET 2023 counselling. To make sure candidates can check the minimum marks required in the table below:

Candidates should make a note of the following points about ranking in their AP EAMCET 2023:

  • Ranking will follow a 75% AP EAMCET marks weightage upon normalization and 25% AP EAMCET marks weightage of Class 10+2, in order of their merit.
  • The 25% AP EAMCET marks weightage of Class 10+2 is as per the decision of the Andhra Pradesh State Government.
