CLAT Exam Centres 2023: Check Test Centres, Cities
The Consortium of National Law Universities has released the list of CLAT exam centres along with the notification. CLAT 2022-23 was conducted offline, i.e., pen and paper-based exams, on December 18, 2022. Earlier, there were 67 centres, but the number of centres has increased to 85. This has been done to minimise travel requirements for examination. Candidates can choose their preferred exam centres while filling out their application forms.
The Consortium of National Law Universities released an official notification along with the registration form for CLAT on August 08, 2022. Candidates who have applied for the exam are suggested to check the exam centres available before completing their application process. How to Find the Allotted CLAT 2022-23 Test Centre?
The allotted exam centre can be different, as the final decision of allotment lies in the hands of the exam conducting body. The applicants are advised to check the allotted CLAT 2022-23 exam centre after the issue of the CLAT admit card online, as there are many factors due to which the allotment of CLAT exam centre 2023 can be changed. The admit cards will be available on the official website of the Consortium of National Law Universities. They can be downloaded by entering the applicant’s registration number and password. No objections and editing will be allowed after the final allotment of the exam centre on the admit card.
CLAT Exam Centres 2023: Exam Day Instructions
The applicants of CLAT 2022-23 are advised to follow all the instructions given by the exam conducting body. The exam day instructions which are required to be followed at the CLAT exam centre are as follows.
The applicants will have to bring a printout of their CLAT admit card to the allotted exam centre.
The applicants are advised to reach the exam centre half an hour before the reporting time mentioned on the CLAT 2023 admit card.
The applicants will have to carry valid id proof along with them to the CLAT exam centre.
The candidates are advised to reach the exam city a day before the exam day, as mentioned on the CLAT 2020 admit card. No extra stationery will be allowed inside the CLAT exam centre, except black or blue ballpoint pen and pencil.
There will be no provisions to keep the applicants belonging as mobile phones, laptops, I pads, calculators, books, notebooks, bags etc.
