How Is the GUJCET Counselling Process Conducted? 

The complete GUJCET counselling process, from registration and choice filling to reporting of allotted colleges, is given below: 

  • 1st Step: Login to the official website with basic information like your name, father’s name and mobile number. 
  • 2nd Step: Fill out the application form by giving personal details, academic, GUJCET/ JEE Main application number etc., and upload the necessary documents for GUJCET counselling registration. 
  • 3rd Step: The authorities will release a provisional merit list, and the seat allotted to you will be based on the merit list. 
  • 4th Step: You can log in through their credentials and fill in their required choices on the dashboard in the ‘choice filling and locking tab.’
  • 5th Step: Next is ‘GUJCET Seat Allotment’ candidates can seat allotment results through their login I.D and password. If satisfied with the allotment, you can freeze the seats by paying the respective fees. You have the provision to make the payment online or offline mode. 
  • 6th Step: You can report to the allotted institutes after completing the application process and payment of fees. You must carry documents like admission receipts, information letters etc.
