IBPS RRB 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying online for the IBPS Regional Rural Banks, candidates must check the eligibility criteria. All aspiring candidates must fulfil the IBPS eligibility criteria else, the conducting body will not accept their application invites.

Nationality

The candidate must be either:

  • A Citizen of India or
  • A subject of Nepal or
  • A subject of Bhutan or
  • A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before January 01 1962, to permanently settle in India or
  • A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to permanently settle in India provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour the Government of India has issued a certificate of eligibility.

How to Apply for IBPS RRB 2022?

IBPS RRB Selection Process 2022

For the Officer Scale-II and III posts, candidates must secure the minimum IBPS RRB sectional and overall cutoff marks of the Single Level Examination to appear for an Interview.

The final selection of candidates for the respective posts will be based on the following:

The Interview will be conducted for 100 marks. Note that for RRB PO, II, and III, 80% weightage will be given to the marks secured by the candidates in the Main exam, and the remaining 20% weightage will be given to the Interview.

IBPS RRB 2022 Admit Card

The IBPS RRB Office Assistant (Clerk) admit card was released by the conducting body on July 16, 2022, and PO Prelims admit card was issued on July 22, 2022. Candidates need to note that the IBPS RRB admit card is released separately for each stage of the selection process.

Check a few important points related to the admit card for RRB 2022 below:

  • For Pre-Examination Training (for Office Assistant and PO), the call letter is released only for candidates belonging to SC, ST, Minority Communities, PwD, and Ex-SM categories and who have opted for the same while filling out the form.
  • For Prelims (for Office Assistant and PO), the admit card is issued for all the candidates who have successfully applied for the exam.
  • For Mains (for Office Assistant and PO), the admit card will be released only for those candidates who have cleared the Prelims.
  • For the Single-phase Exams (for Officer Scale-II and III), the admit card will be released to every candidate who has applied for the respective posts.
  • For Interviews (for PO & Officer, Scale II and III), the admit card will be released only for those candidates who clear the Main/Single Level Exam.

IBPS RRB Result 2022

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) publishes the IBPS RRB result for Office Assistant, Officer Scale I, and Officer Scale II & III single-level exams. Due to the present situation of COVID-19, some important guidelines have to be followed on exam day. Check the details below:

  • Candidates must wear their masks/face covers and maintain social distance while standing in a row for entry.
