SSC CHSL Exam Pattern for Tier I

The SSC CHSL Tier I exam is a computer-based online test (CBT) conducted in an online format. Candidates have a total of 60 minutes to attempt the SSC CHSL Tier-I paper comprising 100 questions with a total of 200 marks (2 marks for each question). Candidates are penalised with 1/2 marks for each wrong attempt in the Tier 1 exam.

Candidates who qualify for Tier I will sit for the Tier II exam. CHSL Tier II exam will be descriptive in nature. The exam pattern for Tier II is given below:
