SSC Stenographer Result 2022: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released the SSC Stenographer result 2022 for the computer-based test on January 9, 2023. The SSC Steno CBT was conducted on November 17 and 18, 2022. A total of 13100 candidates qualified for the Skill Test for the post of Stenographer Grade C and 47246 candidates for the post of Stenographer Grade D.

The SSC Stenographer skill test will take place on February 15 and 16, 2023. SSC Steno Marks Calculation Steps
SSC has a particular exam pattern for the Tier-I Online Computer-based Test, which consists of 200 questions. The Tier-II Shorthand Skill Test is only for those who have passed the Tier-II Shorthand Skill Test. The processes for calculating your SSC Stenographer exam marks are as follows:
The SSC Stenographer exam will be an online multiple-choice objective exam.
A total of two hours will be allotted to you.
For a total of 200 marks, candidates must answer 200 questions.
Each question carries 1 mark and there will be a negative marking of 0.25 in this examination.
Formula to calculate the total marks obtained by the aspirants in the CBT exam= (Number of correct answers* 1) – (number of incorrect answers* 0.25)
SSC Stenographer Cut Off 2022
The Commission released SSC Steno cut off 2022 along with the results on January 9, 2023. Candidates who score more than the minimum cut off marks will be eligible for the next stage of the selection process i.e. Skill Test. SSC Stenographer Skill Test
The SSC will set the minimum qualifying marks for the SSC Stenographer exam 2022. Candidates will be chosen based on their performance in the written examination, and those who pass will be invited to take the skill test.
The final decision will be based on the candidate’s overall performance in both the written and typing exams. Candidates that are shortlisted will be contacted for counselling and admission.
