SSC Stenographer Grade C and D Exam Centres: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the exam centres for the SSC Stenographer Grade C and D 2023 exam in its notification. However, the official notification will be issued on August 02, 2023. This exam will be conducted in over 100 cities in a computer-based mode. Candidates can attempt unlimited SSC Stenographer Grade C and D mock tests at Embibe by following the steps provided below:

  • 1st Step: Visit Embibe’s official website, i.e., embibe.com.
  • 2nd Step: Use the mobile number/email to log in.
  • 3rd Step: Click on the “Getting a Government Job” menu bar.

Candidates must follow all SSC instructions and guidelines at the examination centres designated for SSC Stenographer 2023. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in applicants being blacklisted from taking the exam.

Do’s at SSC Stenographer Exam Centre 2023

  • Candidates must bring at least one type of proof of identity, such as an Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or ID issued by the government or the organisation where the candidate works.
  • Candidates who do not have an ID card will not be allowed to take the exam.
  • Applicants are suggested to bring three passport-sized photographs of the same photo that was uploaded/attached to the application form.
  • The photograph will be attached to a copy of the Admission Certificate provided by the Commission.
  • Aspirants who do not have photographs will be denied appearing in the examination.
  • Applicants are advised to keep at least 10 copies of the same photograph until the entire examination procedure is completed.

Don’t’s at SSC Stenographer Exam Centre 2023

  • Candidates are strongly advised not to bring any electronic devices into the examination hall.
  • In the examination venue, no applicant is permitted to have any mode of wireless communication, whether in operating condition or switched off.
  • In any case, if an applicant is caught using an unauthorised device during the examination; they will be prohibited from taking the exam for at least three years.

SSC Stenographer Test Centres 2023: COVID-19 Guidelines

Candidates taking the exam must adhere to all COVID-19 guidelines at the SSC Stenographer Grade C and D Exam Centres 2023. Before entering the exam hall, all applicants’ temperatures will be taken. Aspirants are permitted to bring the following items into the exam hall:

  • Possession of mobile phones or other wireless communication devices in working or switched-off mode in the examination hall.
  • Impersonate anyone.
  • Any applicant found submitting crafted or altered documents.

  • Inside the examination hall, unfair means are used.
  • If an applicant is observed misbehaving with the Invigilator, Supervisor, or a representative of the Commission.
  • During the examination, aspirants are not permitted to remove their answer sheets from the exam hall or hand them over to any unauthorised person.
  • Demotivating or causing physical harm to any Commission-appointed staff member.
  • If it is discovered that a candidate does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the notification.

Note: Any disputes arising from the recruitment will be resolved by the courts of the SSC Regional/Sub-Regional Office where the candidates submitted their applications.
