CDS Application Dates 2020
CDS online application has been started on October 28, 2020. The last date to submit the CDS application form is November 17, 2020. Once the CDS application form has been submitted, there will be no correction window to change the details. So, fill up all the details correctly. UPSC also provides the opportunity for candidates to withdraw their applications if they want to do so. The Application withdrawal facility will be active from November 24 to 30, 2020.
CDS Admit Card Release Date 2020
CDS Admit card is usually released 3 weeks before the exam. The CDS 2 exam admit card was released on October 15 and CDS 1 admit card is expected to release in January 2021. Candidates have to download the CDS admit card from the official website once it is released by UPSC. To download the admit card, candidates have to log in with their Registration ID/ Roll Number, and Date of Birth. CDS Admit Card will contain details like candidate’s name, roll number, exam schedule, exam center, reporting time, and exam day guidelines.
CDS Result Date 2020
CDS (2) 2020 Result for the Written Exam is expected to be released by the last week of December 2020 or 1st week of January 2021. A merit list will be released where the qualified candidates’ roll number and name will be mentioned. If your name and roll number are present in the CDS merit list then you are eligible to appear for the SSB Interview.
CDS SSB Interview Dates
Candidates who qualify in the CDS Written Exam can download the SSB Interview call letter by logging in to the website. The date and time of reporting will be mentioned in the SSB Interview call letter. The selected candidate has to make sure that he/she carries the following documents:
- SSB call letter
- Matriculation or 10th class mark sheet
- Intermediate or 12th or equivalent certificate
- Original Graduation degree certificate with mark sheets
- Post-graduation degree certificate and mark sheets (if mentioned in the qualification filled in the application form)
- NCC certificates (if required)
- Identity proof like Aadhaar card, Voter ID Card, Pan Card, Passport
- The final year students, as well as candidates whose results are awaited, need to have a certificate issued from the Principal.
SSB Interview will be conducted for 5 days where several tests like Intelligence Test, Psychology Tests, Group Testing Officer Tasks (GTO Tasks), etc. will be conducted.
