CG PET Seat Allotment 2022: The Directorate of Technical Education, Chhattisgarh, will allot seats to all the shortlisted candidates in Chhattisgarh Pre Engineering Test (CG PET) through centralised online counselling. 90 % of all the seats of the participating institutions will be allotted to the candidates belonging to Chattisgarh on the basis of CG PET, and 10% of the seats will be reserved for outside students and filled depending on JEE Mains Score.

CG PET Seat Allotment 2022: Counselling 

Directorate of Technical Education, Chhattisgarh will conduct a counselling process which includes the following steps – registration, document verification and seat allotment for all the selected candidates. Candidates are allotted seats on the basis of rank secured, the preference of college and the course they have filled during registration.

In order to get seats allotted for CG PET, candidates must fill out the registration form. They need to enter their details, upload the required images and pay the prescribed fees as set by the exam conducting body.

CG PET Seat Allotment 2022: Admission Process

After document verification, candidates will be allotted seats of CG PET as per their ranks and preferences filled out during registration. The seats for CG PET-qualified candidates and JEE Mains qualified candidates are released separately. The counselling conducting body will release a list of CG PET allotted seat pdf on the official website. 

Those who are satisfied will the seat allotment have to take admission, and candidates who are not satisfied with the allotment of seats can go for the second round of allotment and repeat the same steps. 

CG PET Seat Allotment 2022: Reporting to the Allotted College

Candidates who have been allotted seats as per their preference will have to report to that college for the confirmation of seats by paying the required admission fees. Also, those candidates who wish to upgrade their courses will also have to report to the allotted college and pay for admission. They will be eligible to appear for the next seat allotment rounds and the admission fees will be adjusted along with the new allotted seats.

Candidates will have to carry all the required original as well copy of original documents to the allotted college.
