SBI PO Eligibility Criteria

The officials prescribe the eligibility criteria for the recruitment exam. Aspirants who wish to appear for the test must fulfil the requirements specified by the authority. Academic Qualification

  • Candidates with graduation in any discipline from a recognized university are eligible to apply for the exam. 
  • Aspirants in the final year or semester of their graduation can also apply for the SBI PO exam.

  • Aspirants must not be more than 30 years old.

SBI PO Application Form 2022

The bank releases the Probationary Officer application online link online. Aspirants who meet the eligibility criteria must fill out the application form at the official SBI website. The officials will reject incomplete applications. Hence, aspirants must ensure they fill in all the details carefully. Check below the steps to apply for SBI PO:

1st Step: Registration

Candidates need to provide necessary details such as name, father’s name, email id, date of birth etc., to register for the recruitment exam. On successful registration, aspirants will receive login credentials and application numbers via mail.

2nd Step: Fill out the Application Form

Login with the credentials and fill in personal, academic and contact details to complete the application form.

3rd Step: Uploading of Documents

Aspirants will need to upload a scanned image of their passport size photograph and signature as per the specifications.

4th Step: Payment of Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay a fee of INR 750/- via any of the online payment modes. No fee is applicable to SC/ST/PwD aspirants. 

5th Step: Submission of Form

SBI PO Exam Centres

SBI conducts the examination all across the country. Candidates will be allotted the exam centre on their admit cards. The officials consider the aspirants’ preference for the Centre and availability of seats to allot the venue for the examination. The officials hold the right to cancel or add some of the centres for examination. They can also allot any centre to the aspirant other than the one opted by him or her. SBI PO Selection Process

The SBI PO Recruitment consists of three phases: Prelims, Mains and Psychometric Test. Candidates need to qualify in all the stages with the minimum cutoff marks. SBI PO Syllabus 2022

SBI PO Pre-exam Training

State Bank of India conducts pre-examination training at various centres for SC/ST/religious minority community aspirants as per the Government of India’s guidelines. Eligible candidates who wish to avail of the training must indicate in the relevant column during the application process. Aspirants appearing for the pre-exam training must download their call letter from the official website of the bank. Candidates will need to log in with their registration number, password and date of birth to access the call letter. 

SBI PO Admit Card 2022

The officials will issue the hall ticket via online mode around 2-3 weeks before the exam date. Separate admit cards will be issued for each stage of the recruitment process. The applicants must download the hall ticket and carry the same to the examination, along with an identity card. The officials will not allow aspirants without the admit card to appear for the exam. The SBI PO admit card will mention the exam details such as Centre, timings, date etc. In case of any discrepancy in the hall ticket, aspirants must inform the concerned authority for correction.

SBI PO Result 2022

The officials will release the SBI PO result of the recruitment process via online mode. Candidates can access the result for the prelims exam through login. Aspirants who qualify in the prelims examination will be eligible to appear for the Mains exam. The result of the Mains examination will mention the subject-wise score of the candidates. One needs to qualify for both exams to get into the interview round.
