CBSE Class 9 Syllabus 2024
August 31, 2023Tamil Nadu State Board School Examinations (Sec.) and Board of Higher Secondary Examinations is the world’s largest school board, with great appeal in Commonwealth countries and other developing and developed nations. It is often known as the Tamil Nadu State Board of School Examinations. It emphasises successful learning in accordance with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF 2005) standards by making learning more learner-centred.
The board allows pupils with the freedom and autonomy to develop their knowledge, potential talent, and physical and mental abilities to their full potential. It is also responsible for conducting Secondary and Senior Secondary Examinations, publishing results, etc.
To make examinations more flexible and integrated into classroom life, the Tamil Nadu State Board of School Examinations implemented Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE). CCE promotes students’ scholastic and co-scholastic knowledge while also reducing the fear and stress that comes during final exams. Students are assessed on their ability to think critically, as well as application-oriented and problem-solving problems.
Tamil Nadu Board Class 9 follows the curriculum, syllabus and textbooks as per the recommendations of National Curriculum Framework 2005 and National Curriculum Framework for Teacher Education-2009.
