BITSAT Exam Day Guidelines 2023: Check Important Instructions

BITSAT 2023 Session 1 will be held from May 21 to 26, 2023, while Session 2 will be conducted from June 18 to 22, 2023. Aspirants of BITSAT 2023 exam must adhere to the rules on exam day failing to which will lead to the cancellation of the candidature. BITSAT 2023 Exam Day Guidelines

On the day of the exam, candidates must adhere to a number of guidelines at the designated exam centre. Candidates are urged to read the instructions before showing up for the exam thoroughly. They are provided below.

Each candidate must bring a hard copy of their BITSAT admit card to the exam centre.
Along with the BITSAT 2023 hall ticket, valid identification documents are also necessary.
Arrive at the exam centre well in advance (Preferably an hour before the commencement of the examination).
Candidates must sit only on the designated seat in the exam hall.
Anyone taking the test at one of the BITS campuses in Pilani, Goa, or Hyderabad may stay in a hostel for a little fee.
The BITSAT 2023 exam centres are all monitored by webcams and CCTVs.
Examining authorities would extensively examine candidates’ identities.
If candidates carry mobile phones, digital calculators, pagers, textbooks, and other prohibited items, they will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
Candidates should notify the exam invigilators in the room right away if there is a system issue.
Before leaving the exam room, the rough sheet must be completed and returned to the invigilator.
Candidates must wait until the test is over and then leave the room.
At the end of the exam, the system clock will shut off automatically.

BITSAT 2023 COVID-19 Guideliens

Candidates must follow social distancing in the exam centre and in the exam hall.
Candidates will not be permitted to take the exam if they exhibit COVID-19 symptoms.
To prevent crowding, all applicants are advised to show up for the exam during the time slot given on their BITSAT hall ticket 2023.
Post examination, if any candidate does not feel well, they must isolate themselves and consult a doctor for tests
