BITSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The BITS institutes have provided the eligibility criteria for candidates who want to apply for BITSAT 2023. Before filling out the BITSAT 2023 registration form, candidates must have gone through the pointers mentioned below to understand the eligibility criteria.

Educational Qualification	Candidates who have passed or will be passing the Class 12 exam in a 10+2 pattern from a central or state board or equivalent are eligible based on the qualifying exam norms.
Compulsory Subjects	Candidates must have attained the minimum score requirements in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the qualifying exam. They must also be proficient in the English language. Candidates applying for B. Pharma must have minimum score requirements in the Class 12th exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects.
Minimum Score	To appear for the BITSAT 2023, candidates must have secured 75% of marks in the PCM group. Candidates must also have secured 60% marks separately in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology. For B. Pharma, candidates must have secured 75% aggregate marks in PCB with at least 60% marks separately in each subject.
Age Limit	BITS has set no minimum age limit for applying for admission but must have passed the Class 12 exam in 2022 or 2023.
Nationality	The candidate must be an Indian citizen

Note: BITS will offer direct admission to candidates who secure the first rank in their central or state board exams in the programmes they prefer. This is irrespective of their BITSAT 2023 scores.

Candidates must complete the BITSAT registration process to get the login credentials. Only those candidates who complete the application process on or before the prescribed date can appear for BITSAT 2023 exam. These candidates will be considered for admission to any of the campuses of BITS.

The BITSAT registration involves entering details such as mobile number, email ID, gender, date of birth, etc. The candidates will receive their registration number and password to the registered email ID upon completing the registration process.
