KEAM Exam Day Guidelines: The Kerala Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Admission Exam or KEAM 2022 exam day guidelines, and the admit card, were released by the Kerala Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE). On June 10, the KEAM admission card 2022 was issued by the respective authorities. The Students’ hall tickets contained the detailed KEAM exam day information 2022.

The dos and don’ts for the KEAM exam day are included in the exam day guidelines. It includes not only general directions such as when to arrive at the exam centre, what documents to bring and what not to bring but also specific COVID-19 rules that are to be followed. Before taking the entrance exam, candidates should read the guidelines thoroughly. Along with the KEAM 2022 admit card, students must bring valid identification and a ballpoint pen. Candidates will not be permitted to take the entrance exam unless they have a hall ticket and ID proof.

KEAM 2022 Exam Day Guidelines

The KEAM 2022 exam day guidelines are listed below:

  • Candidates must bring their KEAM admit card 2022 along with a valid ID proof to the examination for verification.
  • Candidates must ensure that they are seated at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  • Inside the examination hall, candidates may bring only a blue or black ball-point pen and cardboard. Bringing calculators, log tables, or electrical devices into the premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Once the question booklet is received, candidates must ensure that the version code printed on the admit card and the question booklet is the same.
  • Candidates must put the version code on the OMR answer sheet and hand it in after the exam is completed.
  • Before and during the examination, all Covid-19 guidelines must be followed.
  • No candidate may enter the examination hall beyond 30 minutes of the specified start time, and no applicant may leave the premises until the exam is completed.

The KEAM exam was conducted on July 4, 2022. The final answer key and KEAM 2022 results will be released shortly. The final answer key, including all revisions, will be posted on the official website for candidates to review. The KEAM result will be calculated based on the final answer key. Q.1: Which are the courses allotted by CEE in KEAM?
CEE is conducting allotment to the following courses in KEAM: Engineering, Architecture, MBBS, BDS, Ayurveda, Homoeo, Siddha, Unani, Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary, Fisheries, Pharmacy, Co-operation and Banking, B.Tech Biotechnology, Climate Change and Environmental Science.

Q.2: What is the age requirement to apply for the KEAM entrance examination this year?
Ans: Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 31.12.2022. There is no upper age limit for applying for KEAM. For age criteria for medical aspirants, refer to NEET UG-2022 information bulletin.

Q.3: Does the CEE office conduct a Medical Entrance Examination?
Ans: This office does not conduct state-level entrance examinations for medical and architecture courses. Engineering and B.Pharm courses are the only ones that require an entrance examination. Students will be allocated to medical courses based on their NEET (UG) scores. NEET qualification is required for candidates seeking admission to medical courses in Kerala State

Candidates should have secured at least 45% marks in class 12 subjects and in aggregate for admission through KEAM 2022.
