The State Common Entrance Test Cell (SCETC), Maharashtra, conducts the MHT CET yearly. According to the latest CETCEL notice, the MHT CET 2025 (PCB) exam will be conducted from April 9 to 17, 2025 (Except April 10 & 14, 2025); whereas the MHT CET 2025 (PCM) will be conducted from April 19 to 27, 2025 (Except April 24, 2025). The course-wise exam dates have been announced (see latest update section). Candidates willing to get admission in Pharmacy, Engineering, and Technology courses at private and government colleges of Maharashtra must clear the MHT CET 2025 with good scores.
The MHT CET application process was started on December 30, 2025, and the last date of submission was February 15, 2025. MHT CET exam 2025 will be divided into Papers 1, 2, and 3. Paper 1 comprises Mathematics. Paper 2 comprises Physics and Chemistry and is common for both streams, i.e., PCM and PCB, while Paper 3 includes Biology.
Each paper, i.e. Paper 1, 2 and 3, must be completed within 90 minutes. In 2025, 20% of the weightage in the total marks will likely be given to the Class 11 syllabus, and 80% of the weightage will be given to the Class 12 syllabus.
