The questions will be of objective type, except for General English.
The medium of language will be bilingual i.e., English and Hindi.
There will negative marking of 1/4th marks deducted for every wrong answer.
Each section has a separate time limit.
Candidates have to score minimum marks of aggregate (For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/XS candidates, 5% relaxation available thereon).
The minimum marks will be decided by the authority.

In both the preliminary and main exams, incorrect answers are penalised. For each incorrect answer, 1/4th of the mark assigned to the question will be deducted.
