1. The candidate with higher marks in Mathematics will be ranked higher.
2. If the tie persists, the candidate with higher physics marks will be placed above the merit.
3. If the tie remains, the candidate with higher aggregate marks in their qualifying exam will be higher in merit.
4. Even after the above considerations, the tie persists; the candidate older in age will get considered.
