The Central Board of Secondary Education decided to conduct the class 12 board exam in two terms owing to the difficulties faced by students due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. However, the board has decided to conduct one annual exam for the academic year 2022-23. Also, for this year, the students who could not pass the exam can appear for the compartment exams scheduled to be held from August 23, 2022.

CBSE Class 12 Toppers List

The CBSE authorities have decided not to release an official topper’s list this year to create an atmosphere of healthy competition for students. The official statement released by CBSE read: “This year, the Board will issue merit certificates to students who have scored the highest marks in the subjects. However, as per the earlier decision of the Board to avoid unhealthy competition amongst the students, no merit list will be declared.”
