Candidates who are qualified in JEE Main 2022 or JEE Advanced 2022 will be considered eligible for registration for the counselling procedure. In order to fill out the registration form to fill the choice, candidates will be required to follow the below-mentioned steps:
JoSAA Registration 2022
Completing the JoSAA registration is the first step; the candidates will have to complete the registration process by following the steps given below:
JoSAA 2022 Choice Filling
After completing the registration, the candidates must fill in their choice of courses and colleges from the list of available institutes there. The courses and colleges for which the candidates will be eligible according to their qualifications are listed while filling out the choice. The choices of courses and colleges have to be selected in the order of preference.
Candidates must fill in the choice of courses carefully because once the confirmation is done, then they will not be allowed to make changes. Arrangements of choices as per their preferences can be done by the candidates.
JoSAA 2022 Choice Locking
In the end, the candidates will have to lock in their selected choices. The choice locking window was available till September 21, 2022 (till 5.00 p.m.). The candidates must note that no changes can be done once the candidates lock in their choices. This is why Embibe recommends double-checking their preferences before they click on the final submit button. There is no requirement of taking any printouts of the locked choices.
Upon completing the JoSAA registration and choice-filling process, Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will release the rank list of JoSAA 2022.
