NEET Application Form 2023: The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the NEET application form 2023 on the official website on March 6, 2023. Candidates could fill out the NEET application form until April 6, 2023 (till 9.00 p.m.). However, NTA reopened the NEET registration window again on April 11, 2023. The last date of the submission of NEET application form 2023 is April 13, 2023. Steps To Fill the NEET Application Form 2023

Step 1 – NEET Registration

  • 1st Step: Go to the official website of NEET: ntaneet.nic.in
  • 2nd Step: Click on “Fill Registration Form” for NEET UG 2023 Registration
  • 3rd Step: Click on ‘New Registration’ and read the instructions carefully
  • 4th Step: Provide the candidate’s name, valid email ID and mobile number and other basic details.
  • 5th Step: Set a password as per the guidelines.
  • 6th Step: After submission of the online NEET registration form, the system will generate your Application Number. Note it down for your reference.

Step 2 – NEET Apply Online

Once the registration process is complete, candidates will have to click on ‘Complete Application Form’. Candidates must log in using their provisional registration number and password. Enter the following details the other details to be filled in the NEET UG online application form:

To complete the NEET registration 2023, candidates must verify the above details and submit them. The next step for registration for NEET 2023 would be:

  • Choose Password – The next step would be to choose a password
  • OTP Verification – Click on the OTP verification to verify.
  • Generation of Provisional Application Number of NEET 2023– Provisional application no. will be displayed on the screen. Note down the application number as it is the NEET login ID 2023 for all future logins.

Step 3 – Uploading Of Documents & Scanned Images

Upload scanned images of the documents listed above. The specifications of the documents to be uploaded are given below:

NEET Application Form 2023 – Requirement of Photograph

  1. The photograph should be recent. It must not be older than 3 months. The candidate’s name and the date of taking a photograph must be indicated clearly in the photograph.
  2. It should be a passport-size photo with a white background.
  3. Do not wear any accessories and ensure that your face is visible.
  4. Dimension of a passport size photo = 3.5 cm (width) * 4.5 cm (height)
  5. Scan it at 200 dpi in a scanner
  6. Save it in a jpeg format with a size between 10 kb to 200 kb.

NEET Application Form – Requirements of Signature

  1. Make a rectangle of 3.5 cm (width) and 1.5 cm (height) and sign inside the box.
  2. Scan it at 200 dpi in a scanner and crop the image.
  3. Save it as a jpg/jpeg with a size between 4 kb to 30 kb

Step 4 – Payment of NEET Application Form Fee

Make a payment of the NEET Application Fee. The NEET fee of 2023 can be paid online mode only. The NEET form fill-up 2023 fees for different categories are tabulated below:

How To Retrieve NEET Password?

Follow the below-mentioned steps to recover the NEET Password:

  • 1st Step: Visit the Official Website – neet.nta.nic.in and click on “Candidate Login”.
  • 2nd Step: Enter the candidate’s Application Number and Password to log in.
  • 3rd Step: Now click on – “Forgot Password?“. (Candidates will have two options either to reset their password using OTP or using Security Question).
  • 4th Step: Password Recovery using OTP
    • Enter the details such as Application Number, Candidates Name and Date of Birth.
    • Enter the security pin and click on – “Submit”
    • You will receive an OTP. Using this OTP candidate needs to reset the password by creating a new one.
    • Your password is now changed to the new password which you need to remember.

  • 5th Step: Password Recovery Using Security Question
    • Enter the details such as Application Number, Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Security Question and the Answer.
    • You need to choose the same security question (from the drop-down menu) that you chose during filling out the NEET Application Form.
    • Enter the security question and click on – “Submit”.
    • Once the candidate has authenticated himself by entering all these details. He/She can now have a new password. You need to now create and confirm the new password and also remember it.
  • 6th Step: Password Recovery Using the Reset Link Sent at Email ID
    • Enter the details such as the Application Number
    • Date of birth
    • Enter the security pin which is case sensitive
    • A link will be sent to the registered Email ID.
