MANIT Bhopal Placements: Procedure

The students who are studying at MANIT Bhopal or those who are seeking admission to any of the programs offered at MANIT Bhopal must be aware of the procedure involved in the placement. The institute has fixed eligibility criteria for attending the Campus Selection process, which we have provided below:

1. Only students with 75% attendance will be allowed to appear in the Campus placement.
2. There should not be any proctorial record of the candidates attending the campus process.
3. Students with 6.0 CGPA and above aggregate marks can attend the campus placement selection process.
4. The faculty coordinators will check the ID cards of the students before the written test.
5. The departmental coordinators and job offering company HR will invigilate the students during the written test.
6. All students appearing for the campus placement are supposed to dress up in formals (Girls – Formal dress only will be allowed, boys – full sleeve shirt, formal trousers & shoes), right from the beginning of PPT till the end of the selection process. 
7. Students should not directly interact with the visiting company Executives.
8. It is mandatory for the selected students to necessarily appear for the next level of selection process. If a student has cleared the written test then he must appear for the further rounds of the selection process.
9. Strict discipline must be maintained during the placement activity. The authority from the placement cell would be very strict regarding all its policies. 
10. Any students found to be disobeying discipline would be debarred from the placement and may lose their jobs.
11. During placement activity, no students will not be allowed to carry any electronic gadgets, including programmable calculators, cell phones, etc., in the examination hall.
12. Any students found to be involved in any interdisciplinary activities like hooliganism will face serious consequences.

Training and Placement Cell at MANIT is doing excellent work to provide 2, 6, and 10-month pre-placement and internship opportunities to its pre-final year and final year students. Big MNCs like Goldman Sachs, NUtanix, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, ServiceNow, and many more offer internship programs to the students of MANIT. These companies are willing to pay as much as INR 90,000 per month for interns only to secure these bright students. 

Upon completion of these Internships, it gets converted to Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) in the final year and helps students to get handsome packages during the MANIT Bhopal Placements.
