If we look into the last three years’ trend of JEE Mains cut-off, the qualifying cut-off has been continuously increasing from the previous year across all categories. If we analyse the last eight years, the cut-off has dipped for the General category candidates in the last seven years.

While in 2013, the qualifying cut-off was 113, it has steeped to 90.3765335 in 2020. Further, the same trend in JEE Main cut-off can be seen for the SC and ST categories. Astonishingly, the JEE Main cut-off for PwD category candidates has been increased from -35 to 0.0618524.

JEE Main Qualifying Scores for NITs

The National Institutes of Technology (NITs) are autonomous public institutes of higher education. These are governed by the National Institutes of Technology Act, 2007, which declares them as institutions of national importance alongside the IITs. There are 31 NITs across India, and the Government of India funds each one.
