SSC CHSL Eligibility Criteria 2023

The commission prescribes the eligibility criteria to apply for the recruitment exam. Interested candidates must check the conditions and be ready with the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages. The eligibility criteria comprise age, academic, and nationality requirements. The officials will disqualify the candidates found ineligible at any stage of selection. Nationality

Candidates must be-

  • A citizen of India
  • A subject of Nepal or Bhutan

Age Limit

  • Aspirants must be a minimum of 18 years old to apply for the CHSL exam.
  • The upper age limit of the aspirant should not be more than 27 years old. 

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board are eligible to apply for the post of LDC/JSA, PA/SA, DEO. 
  • Aspirants should pass 10+2 in the Science stream with Mathematics as a subject to apply for the Data Entry Operator position.

SSC CHSL Application Process 2023

The commission will accept the SSC CHSL Application Form of the candidates via online mode. Aspirants must check the dates of their applications and apply accordingly to avoid rejections. The commission will not be responsible if the candidates are unable to submit their applications before the deadline.

Candidates need to fill in the complete details, as incomplete applications are liable for rejection. Check the steps to apply for SSC CHSL below.

  1. Registration: Candidates will need to register with necessary details such as name, date of birth, email id, mobile number etc. A registration number will be generated on successful registration.
  2. Fill Out the Application Form: Log in and fill out the application form with personal, academic, and contact details. Aspirants will also need to provide a preference for the exam centre.
  3. Upload the Documents: Aspirants must upload a scanned photograph and signature per the specifications.
  4. Pay the Application Fee: Candidates must pay an application fee of INR 100 via any online payment mode. There is an exemption of fee for women and SC/ST/PwD/Ex-servicemen aspirants.

SSC CHSL Admit Card 2023

Each applicant who enrols for the SSC CHSL Exam within the allotted time will receive an SSC CHSL admit card, which can be downloaded from the official SSC website. Prior to the release of the admit card for the CHSL Tier 2 exam, the admit card for the CHSL Tier 1 exam will be made available (administered to only those candidates who qualify for the Tier 1 exam).

Candidates should carry the admit card to the examination hall along with identity proof. The SSC CHSL comprises the date, time, venue, and other examination details. In case of any discrepancy in the hall ticket, the officials must contact the concerned authority for correction.

SSC CHSL Answer Key 2023

The officials will release a provisional SSC CHSL Answer Key of the computer-based examination via online mode. Test-takers can download the answer key to know the correct responses to the questions asked in the test. In case of any error, aspirants have the provision to raise objections within the time limit.

Candidates will need to raise objections online and pay a fee of INR 100 per question. The officials will scrutinize and release the final answer key after the announcement of the result. The decision of the committee in this regard will be final and cannot be challenged. 

SSC CHSL Result 2023

The officials release the result of the competitive exam via online mode. SSC CHSL Result will be available in PDF format. Candidates must check the result and download it for future reference. The result will mention the post name, exam name, qualifying status of the candidate, etc.

One needs to pass Tier 1 to appear for Tier 2 of the exam. Aspirants qualifying for the exam with a cutoff score of or above will be eligible for the skill test. The scorecard will be available for both qualified and non-qualified candidates post the declaration of the results.

SSC CHSL Cutoff 2023

The officials release the SSC CHSL Cutoff online. Candidates must check the minimum marks required to qualify for the exam.
