SSC Selection Post Exam Pattern 2022: The Staff Selection Commission or SSC exam is conducted to recruit candidates for various posts and is one of the highly reputed commissions in our country. The SSC Selection Post Phase 9 2022 Exam is only an objective-based written exam and no interview will be conducted after the written exam. SSC Selection Post Exam Pattern for CBT
There will be three different Computer Based Exams for the posts for three educational qualifications Matriculations, Higher Secondary and Graduate and above. The different sections of the exam and the marking scheme, however, will be the same for all three exams.

Keep the following points in mind about the SSC Selection Post Exam Pattern 2022 for Computer-based Exam:
The questions in the Computer-based Test will be of objective type, i.e. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
There is a negative marking or penalty for wrong answers – 0.50 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.
The total time duration of the exam is 60 minutes. For VH/OH candidates, the time duration will be 80 minutes.
As per the SSC Selection Post notification, candidates will have to secure a minimum percentage in order to qualify for the Computer Based Exam.
Unreserved Candidates (UR): 35 per cent
Other Backward Categories (OBC): 30 per cent
Other Categories: 25 percent
SSC has the right to fix cut-off marks for each of these sections depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam and the number of vacancies available. So, you must prepare accordingly.
SSC Selection Post Exam Pattern for Skill Test
The Skill Test will be conducted only for certain posts, based on the requirement of the posts. There are different types of Skill Tests, like:
Typing Test
Data Entry Test
Computer Proficiency Test, etc.
Candidates who qualified in the Computer Based Exam will be asked to submit hard copies of online applications along with supporting documents or certificates in the regional offices. The number of candidates who will be called will depend upon the number of vacancies for a particular post:
For up to 5 vacancies in a post, candidates will be called 20 times the number of vacancies.
For more than 5 vacancies for a post, candidates will be called 10 times the number of vacancies.
Skill Test (wherever applicable) will be conducted only for those candidates whose documents and certificates are found in order.
It is to be noted that the Skill Test is just qualifying in nature and won’t be considered for final selection.

The SSC selection post syllabus is divided into three tiers or stages. The first stage is a computer-based test, the second stage is a skill test, followed by document verification in the final round.
