Telangana MBBS Eligibility criteria 2021 – Seat Distribution
The total seats under Telangana MBBS is divided into All India Quota Seats(AIQ) and State Quota Seats.
All India Quota Seats: 15% of the total seats comes under the AIQ seats. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct counselling for these seats.

I. Candidates who have done their studies or lived in the local area of the state for not less than four years in which their last year of stay must include passing class 12 examination can partake under the domicile category criteria.
III. In case the applicant has studied in two or more local areas for a period of seven consecutive years (the last year includes passing class 12 examination), candidates will be considered under the domicile category of Telangana.
b) Candidates of other parts of the country will participate in the 15% AIQ seats. They’ll be expected to produce relevant documents at the time of counseling.
c) NRI candidates can also partake in the Telangana Admission process. They’ll have to produce relevant documents towards the same.
5) Reserved category candidates: Those who fall under SC, ST, OBC, CAP etc. come under reserved category. They will have to produce original documents at the time of counselling justifying the same.
Those falling under PH category will have to abide by the MCI (Medical Council of India) regulations.
