UGC NET Exam Pattern 2023:The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the UGC NET exam pattern 2023 through its official notification. According to the latest pattern, the UGC NET 2023 exam consists of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Both papers include objective multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and will be Computer-based Tests (CBTs). UGC NET Exam Pattern 2023
The UGC NET 2023 exam will be conducted online, i.e., it will be a Computer Based Test (CBT), conducted in multiple shifts. As per the exam pattern, the test comprises 2 papers. Both papers will have the objective type of questions. The total duration of the exam is 3 hours. The exam pattern is as follows :

Important Note:
The UGC NET exam comprises two papers, i.e., Paper 1 and Paper 2.
UGC NET Exam Pattern for Paper 2 consists of the subjects selected by the candidates.
The medium of the question paper will be English and Hindi.
The medium of the question paper should be chosen carefully while filling out the application form.
Candidates opting for the Hindi language will be given a bilingual paper, whereas those opting for English will be handed over only English medium paper.
Candidates should answer in the language they selected in the application form.
2 marks will be awarded for every correct answer.
There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
No marks will be given for un-attempted questions.

The questions will be of objective type (multiple choice questions). Paper 1 consists of 50 questions, and Paper 2 consists of 100 questions. Each question carries 2 marks, and there is no negative marking in UGC NET.
