CGPSC Forest Service Examination
In this section, we will be telling you about the exam Pattern for every stage conducted in the CGPSC Recruitment for Forest Service Examination.
a. Stage-1: Physical Eligibility Test (PET)
Candidates will be measured and checked whether they fulfil the Physical eligibility standards. Please make sure to comply with the following standards as mentioned by the officials.

Upon the completion of the screening, candidates will have to undergo the Physical Eligibility Test (PET).

b. Stage-2: CGPSC Forest Service Exam

c. Stage-3: Personal Interview
The personal interview round is conducted for 75 marks. After this round, the final merit list for CGPSC Forest Service will be prepared based on marks secured in written and interview round.
CGPSC Forest Service Examination
CGPSC SSE is conducted in three stages:
a. Stage-1 (Preliminary Round): CGPSC SSE Prelims consists of two papers i.e. Part-1 (General Studies) and Part-2 (Aptitude Test) each of 200 marks. The allotted time duration for each of the two sections is 2 hours.
b. Stage-2 (Mains Round): Candidates who clear the Prelims will be called for the second stage. CGPSC Mains consists of seven papers each carrying 200 marks. The time allotted for each paper is 3 hours. The seven papers of CGPSC Mains are:

c. Stage-3 (Interview/Personality Test): Candidates who clear the Mains exam will be called for the third stage, i.e., Interview/Personality Test. This is conducted for 150 marks.
