Indian Army Agniveer General Duty Notification 2022: The Indian Army will conduct the General Body recruitment under the Agnipath scheme, for hiring various General Duty personnel through the Join Indian Army website. Candidates hired through the Agnipath scheme will serve the Indian Army for a period of 4 years, after which they will be eligible for various schemes provided by the Indian Government.

The Indian Army Agniveer application process has started on August 9, 2022, and the application window will be open until September 7, 2022. Aspirants willing to serve the Indian Army as ‘Agniveers’ can apply for the examination on the official website. Candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps to apply for the Indian Army Agniveer examination.
1st Step: Visit the official website https://joinindianarmy.nic.in/.
2nd Step: On the homepage, click on “Agnipath”
3rd Step: Click on “Registration” if you are a new user. Or else log in with your username and password. Make sure to go through the entire details and the instructions carefully and then click on the Continue option.
4th Step: An OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided by the candidate.
5th Step: A new page will be displayed through which the candidates will be able to check their eligibility for a trade.
6th Step: Now after reviewing the eligibility, candidates must select the rally for the trade as per the eligibility of the candidate.
7th Step: Enter your personal details and education qualification in the application form.
8th Step: Attach the necessary documents in the prescribed format. Scanned passport-size photo of the candidate ( 10 KB to 20 KB in JPG Format) and scanned signature of the candidate ( 5 KB to 10 KB in JPG Format).
9th Step: Pay the application fee via online mode.
10th Step: Download and take a printout of the application form for future reference.
