The application form for SSC CGL 2022 can be filled only through online mode as per the following steps:  

Online Registration

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps for completing the online registration:

  • Visit the official website of the SSC
  • Click on the option of ‘New User’ (if applying for the first time). The login ID and password will remain the same for already registered users.
  • To register, enter your mobile number and email ID. Verify them through the One Time Password (OTP).
  • Now enter the Aadhaar Number. If not available, then use a valid ID proof such as PAN /Voter ID /Passport /Government employee ID /Driving License /College or School ID.
  • Enter the Class 10th details like roll number, passing year, and board of examination. 
  • Enter all the necessary details in the given tabs, such as permanent address etc. 
  • Submit in the document upload window that will appear on the screen. 
  • Now upload the documents like passport-size photos, scanned signs, etc., in prescribed formats.
  • Submit the details to generate a One Time Password (OTP). 
  • Confirm and submit the OTP through the registered mobile number and email ID. Subsequently, the registration number will be displayed on the screen.

  • Now click on the ‘SSC CGL Online Application’ option.
  • Enter the registered ID and password in the given tabs.
  • Now, the candidate will be redirected to the online application window. 
  • Enter and edit the necessary details and proceed to submit the form. 
  • Lastly, submit the required application fee by using the online payment gateway or generating an offline challan. 

SSC CGL Application Fee

The SSC CGL form application fee can be paid online and offline through the official website of the SSC. To submit the application fee, candidates can use online and offline modes such as Net Banking /Debit Card /Credit Card /BHIM UPI /SBI Challan. SSC CGL application fee is expected to be Rs. 100/-

Note: All the female candidates and other candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) category, Scheduled Caste (SC) category, Persons with Disability (PwD), and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) are exempted from the SSC CGL application fee payment.
