UGC NET Exam Date 2023: The University Grants Commission (UGC) is ready to organise the UGC NET 2023 December exam from December 6 to 22, 2023. Candidates will be allowed to download their UGC NET Dec admit cards a few days before the exam date, and then they will be able to log in using their login credentials on ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Also, candidates can avail of the UGC NET exam intimation slip in December 2023. Previously, UGC issued the June cycle answer keys on July 6, 2023, and candidates could challenge their answer sheets from July 6 to 8, 2023.

UGC NET Exam Date 2023 June Cycle

Earlier, UGC Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar had declared the June cycle test date on his social media profile. The chairman stated on Twitter, “The NTA administers the UGC NET twice a year, in June and December. This is to advise potential applicants that the first June 2023 cycle will be conducted from June 13 to June 22, 2023.”

How To Attempt Embibe’s UGC NET Paper 1 Mock Test?

Know the steps to take the UGC NET Paper 1 mock test series below:

• 1st Step: Visit Embibe’s official website, i.e., embibe.com.
• 2nd Step: Use the mobile number/email to log in.
• 3rd Step: Click on the “Getting a Government Job” menu bar.
• 4th Step: Select the Goal “Lectureship” from the Dropdown and click “Next”.
• 5th Step: Search and Select “UGC NET Paper 1” on the search bar and click “Next”.
• 6th Step: Select the preferred language and click “Done”.
• 7th Step: Click “Test” from the Header Section.
• 8th Step: Scroll down to the “Subjects” section.

UGC NET 2023 Application Form Date (Extended)

The UGC NET 2023 application form was released along with the notification. Aspirants can fill out the online application form until the last date, which is from September 30 to October 31, 2023 — also issued on the official website, i.e., ugcnet.nta.nic.in. The application fee is Rs.1,000/- for General category candidates, Rs.500/- for EWS/ OBC candidates, and Rs.250/- for Scheduled Castes (SC) / Scheduled Tribes (ST) / Persons with Disability (PwD)/the third gender.

How to Apply for UGC NET 2023?

Candidates are advised to follow the below-mentioned steps to apply for the UGC NET 2023 exam:

• 1st Step: Visit the official website of UGC NET on ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
• 2nd Step: Click on “Registration of Online Application Form for UGC-NET June“ on the home page. It will be directed to a new webpage.
• 3rd Step: Click on the “New Registration” option and then select the “Click Here to Proceed” button.
• Enter your registration details.
• 4th Step: A new enrollment ID and password will be generated. Log in with those credentials again.
• 5th Step: Fill up the UGC NET Application Form with all the details asked on it.
• 6th Step: Pay the application fee as per the category.
• 7th Step: Download the UGC NET Application form onto your computer.
• 8th Step: Take a printout of the application form for future reference.

UGC NTA 2023 December Admit Card Date

The UGC NET 2023 December admit card will be released one week before the exam day. The release date of the UGC NET 2024 December cycle hall ticket will be added here soon. The hall ticket will be issued to candidates who complete the online application process. The admit card will be available on the official website at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Carrying a hall ticket and a valid photo ID proof on the examination day is compulsory.

However, it is important to note that the UGC NTA December admit card will not be sent through post or courier to the candidate’s residential address. Stay tuned to this page for a direct link to download the admit card.

UGC NET 2023 Answer Key Date

The provisional UGC NET answer key 2023 for the June cycle was released on June 6, 2023. Candidates could review the answer key and predict their scores by referring to their response sheet. NTA allowed applicants to raise objections against the provisional answer key by paying Rs.200 per question from July 6 to 8, 2023.

They must raise objections by providing supporting documents within the stipulated period. After scrutinising the objections, the National Testing Agency will release the final answer key. The UGC NET 2023 December cycle answer key will be released soon and added to this page.

UGC NET 2023 Result Date

The UGC NET December cycle result will be released after the successful completion of the exam. The result will be released as a scorecard on the official website. The scorecard includes the roll number and the marks obtained by a candidate, application number, mother’s name, father’s name, subject name, post name, and result status.

Last year, candidates could check their results and download the scorecard for the December 2022 exam on April 13, 2023, by logging into the portal using their application number and date of birth/ password.
