NDA Recruitment 2022: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the official notification for NDA and Naval Academy II 2022 written exam on May 18, 2022, via the official website. Eligible candidates interested to apply for the NDA and NA 2 exams can apply till June 7, 2022. As per the official exam calendar, NDA and NA 2 exams will be conducted on September 4, 2022.

The NDA selection process involves two stages:
Stage I: Written Test
Stage II: SSB Interview
Candidates have to qualify in both stages to get selected for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of the National Defence Academy and Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). Furthermore, candidates who qualify in the written test are only eligible to appear for the interview.

After qualifying in the written test, shortlisted candidates will be called for an SSB interview. Candidates will go through SSB Test/Interview (Psychological Aptitude Test and Intelligence Test). Check the following stages and tests conducted during the SSB interview that are given below:

Candidates who qualify in the SSB Interview will have to reach the Medical Board as per the suggestions of the officials to get themselves evaluated medically. It takes 4 to 5 days of time for the concerned Military Hospital to complete the medical checkup of the candidates. Those who are medically fit will be appointed according to the vacancies and preferences. Candidates who have been declared unfit may seek the advice of the President Special Medical Board for review/appeal.
UPSC releases the NDA admit card online on the official website. Candidates who are appearing for the NDA examination can visit the official website and log in with their credentials to download NDA I and II admit cards. The UPSC will release the NDA answer key after the culmination of the exam. Candidates can download the answer key available in the form of a PDF on the official website. Furthermore, they can calculate their estimated scores with the help of the answer key.
On the basis of performance in the Written Exam and SSB Interview, the candidates will be shortlisted. Considering NDA vacancies, candidates’ medical fitness, and their performance, candidates will be selected for Army, Navy, Air Force of the National Defence Academy and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme of Indian Naval Academy.
The UPSC on the 12th May 2022 has released the name-wise result for NDA and Naval Academy-I in their official website.
