JEE Main Cut-off 2025: The National Testing Authorities or NTA will release the JEE Main cut-off and results. JEE Main Session 1 was conducted from January 22 to 30, 2025, whereas JEE Main Session 2 will be held from April 01 to 08, 2025. The marks for JEE Mains Cut-off 2025 are available in two types.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) officials will release the qualifying cut-off JEE Mains 2025 scores. Candidates who secure the minimum qualifying cut-off can appear for the JEE Advanced exam. The qualifying cut-off marks for JEE Mains 2025 are used for the following purposes.

On behalf of participating institutes in JEE Main, the officials of JoSAA will release the admission JEE Mains 2025 cut-off. The admission cut-off is in the form of closing ranks that indicate the last rank of the candidate who got their seat in a specified branch, category, and institute.

Earlier, only the top 2,45,000 candidates were shortlisted to appear for the JEE Advanced exam. The authorities have increased the number of candidates from 2,45,000 to 2,50,000. The candidates must qualify for JEE Main cut-off for Paper 1 and be among the top 2,50,000, including all categories, to appear for the JEE Advanced exam. The National Institutes of Technology (NITs) are autonomous public institutes of higher education. These are governed by the National Institutes of Technology Act, 2007, which declares them as institutions of national importance alongside the IITs.
