GDS Eligibility Criteria 2021

Candidates must obtain a basic Computer Training Course Certificate for at least 60 days duration from any Computer Training Institute run by Central Govt/State Govt/Universities/Boards/Private Institutions/Organizations.
However, the requirement of a basic computer knowledge certificate is relaxable if the candidate has studied computer as a subject in Matriculation or Class XII or any other higher educational level.

GDS Application Form 2021
The conducting body releases the Gramin Dak Sevak Application Form on the official website of the India Post via online mode only. In the application form, candidates will be asked to fill in details such as applicant name, contact number, parent’s names, date of birth, community, religion, nationality, and more. It is advised to all the aspirants to mention the asked details diligently else their application invites will not be considered by the conducting body. There will be three stages for the completion of the GDS application process – Registration, Payment of Application Fees, and Filling the Application Form.
