IBPS PO 2023: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) extended the last date to apply online for IBPS CRP PO/MT-XIII recruitment. Based on that, aspirants could apply until August 28, 2023. IBPS conducts the IBPS Probationary Officer (PO) exam to hire eligible candidates in different public sector banks in India. It issued a short window advertisement for PO/Management Trainees (MTs) regarding CRP PO/MT-XIII for 2024-25 vacancies. Nationality

The aspirants applying for the Probationary Officer exam should meet the criteria below:

  • Candidates must be Indian citizens.
  • Candidates must be subject to Bhutan or Nepal.
  • Tibetan refugees who came to India before January 1, 1962, can apply for the exam for permanent settlement in the country.
  • Candidates belong to Indian origin (PIO) who have migrated from Pakistan, Vietnam, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries like Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Kenya, Zaire, Ganda, and Ethiopia intention of permanent settlement in India can appear for the exam.

Educational Qualifications

  • Aspirants applying for the Probationary Officer exam should have a BA, BSc, B.Com, B.Tech, or similar graduation degree from a recognised university. Candidates must obtain the graduation degree on or before the date mentioned in the application form. 
  • Applicants must have basic computer skills as the exam will be conducted online.
  • Candidates from a particular state must have written and verbal knowledge of the local language.

Age Limit

Candidates must be between 20 years and 30 years old to appear for the PO exam. However, age relaxation is available for different categories according to the rules of the Government of India. The details are listed below:

IBPS PO Application Process 2023

The candidates interested in applying for the IBPS Probationary Officer 2023 exam are advised to follow these simple steps mentioned below:

  • Visit the official website ibps.in and click on the application link.
  • After that, press the ‘Click Here for New Registration’ button.
  • Next, enter your Email ID and other required credentials.
  • Now, you will receive a registration number and a password on your registered Email ID and mobile Number.
  • Next, you have to log in by entering the received Email ID and password.
  • Fill in all the required details and upload all the necessary documents, including your image, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.
  • After that, you have to make the payment online.
  • Before clicking the ‘Submit’ button, you must check all the details again.

Now your registration is done. Take the printout of their application form for future reference.

IBPS PO Admit Card 2023

IBPS PO Admit Card is one of the most crucial documents for entering the examination hall. The candidates are not permitted to take the exam without this vital document. IBPS released the admit card for the Prelims examination on September 14, 2023. However, no admit card was sent directly to the candidate’s address via post.

  • A separate English language paper (descriptive) is asked in this exam.

IBPS PO 2023 Interview Process

  • The interview was the final stage of the IBPS PO exam.
  • Candidates who qualify for the IBPS PO mains exam with good marks will finally appear for the interview process.
  • The interview process holds 100 marks.
  • Candidates must score at least 40% (SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates) to clear the interview process.
  • The time duration of the IBPS PO interview session is 15 to 20 minutes.
  • The candidates will be asked questions about the Economy, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, and Banking Sector.
  • IBPS calculates the final mark for the PO exam by adding the Mains exam score and Interview score in an 80:20 ratio.

After selection, the candidates will be allotted to different banks depending on their marks and preferences.

IBPS PO Cut-off 2023
