NEET Merit List 2022: Candidates can download the NEET UG 2022 results, and merit lists from the official website. The merit list was released on September 7, 2022. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) conducts the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET-PG) for admission in 26,168 Doctor of Medicine (MD), 13,649 Master of Surgery (MS) and 922 PG Diploma in 6,102 seats at government, private, deemed/central universities. The NEET PG 2022 merit list for 50% of All India Quota seats is now available online.
The MCC will soon release the NEET-UG merit list 2022 for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) after the completion of the exam. After the MCC counselling, the state authorities will release the merit list for 85% of State Quota seats. Candidates can download their scorecards for NEET PG AIQ seats from July 20, 2022. The merit list includes rankings such as NEET PG 2022 rank, 50% AIQ rank, and 50% AIQ category rank. Only those candidates who qualify for the exam with the minimum cutoff scores are in the ranking. Candidates on the rank list will be eligible to participate in the NEET PG 2022 counselling process for seat allotment. Scroll down to know more about the merit list.

Based on the NEET AIQ merit list, the Centralised Counselling Process (CCP) will take place by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). After that, the DGHS will send the NEET AIQ merit list to state and union territories’ counselling authorities. Then the state authority will prepare the state-wise NEET merit list for state counselling.
NTA prepares the NEET 2022 rank list with marks based on the marks obtained by the students in the NEET 2022 exam. On the NEET scorecard, candidates can check the All India Rank, scores, roll number, etc. Furthermore, MCC also considers the NEET scores for preparing the NEET All India rank list 2022 of the candidates for each NEET counselling round. The merit list of NEET consists of the name and roll number of candidates arranged in successive order who will secure seats under 15% AIQ seats.

The MCC will soon release the merit list as the NEET 2022 was conducted on July 17, 2022. After MCC conducts the counselling for 15% of All India quota seats, the state counselling for 85% of seats will begin.
The MCC is responsible for 15% of All India Quota seats. For admission to the 85 % state quota for all private medical and dental institutes seats, the state counselling committees publish the NEET 2022 state rank list. The medical entrance NEET exam scores determine the AIQ and state rank list for NEET 2022.

All India NEET merit list 2022 will consist of all candidates who have appeared for NEET. Through the All India NEET merit list, you can find the overall positions of the candidates, i.e. All India Rank (AIR). The factors like qualifying status and the state they belong to will not be considered while making this merit list.
AIQ merit list will be released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). It will contain the names of those candidates who have cleared the NEET 2022 exam and are eligible for admission to 15% of AIQ seats.
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Government of India, will conduct the Counselling for All India Quota Seats for admission to Deemed Universities, Central Universities, Seats of ESIC, AFMC, BHU and AMU.
Candidates may visit the website – mcc.nic.in to apply for All India Quota seats as per the directions of DGHS. After that, the NEET counselling for the same will be conducted. If the AIQ seats are not filled in a particular state, then those seats will be given to the state quota upon the approval of the concerned authority.
The online UG Counselling schedule is also available on the official website. This would help candidates to go through various UG MBBS counselling colleges across India regarding their tentative dates. MCC and State UG counselling will conduct them.
Once the 15% of AIQ seats have been filled, the remaining 85% of the seats will be filled based on the state rank of the candidates in the NEET 2022. So, all the states will prepare their own merit list. It will prepare the NEET MBBS rank list for seats under the state, management, and NRI quotas to provide admission.
Private colleges will also be admitted through the state quota NEET merit list. However, admissions to Jammu and Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana will be solely based on state counselling.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts NEET PG 2022 counselling for admission to 50% AIQ seats, all deemed/central universities, and ESIC/AFMS colleges.
