BENGALURU, November 28 – National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to conduct JEE Main 2021 Exam in 11 Regional Languages such as Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Odiya, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. According to the sources, The ministry of human resource development (MHRD) has advised the NTA to conduct JEE Main Exam in at least 11 languages. So the Engineering aspirants from the native medium can crack the JEE Main 2021 Exam with flying colours.
The officials also said that the “All the languages cannot be offered in such a short time since the registration has been already scheduled for the JEE Main 2020 Exams”. Also, the officials said that “It takes lots of time for translation and for these no student should be suffered”. Currently, JEE Main Exam is held is scheduled to be held from 6th to 11th January in 3 different languages – English, Hindi and Gujarati ( only for examination centres located in Gujarat, Daman and Diu, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli).

Joint Entrance Examination also commonly known as JEE Main is a national level engineering entrance exam which acts as a gateway for admission to engineering colleges in India like IITs, NITs, GFTIs, etc. Also JEE Main is a qualifying exam for JEE Advanced admissions to around 11279 seats in 23 IITs. NTA is responsible to conduct JEE Main from the year of 2019 onwards. Previously, the JEE Main exam was conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) until 2018.
