2. SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESP/ESM/DESM/DFF/PwD (Person with Disabilities) certificate along with the Haryana domicile certificate issued by the competent authority.
3. Certificate claiming weight-age/marks under socio-economic criteria and experience along with Haryana domicile certificate issued by the competent authority.
4. Photo duly signed by the candidate.
5. Signature of the candidate.
6. All documents for higher qualification, experience, etc. on the basis of which the candidate is claiming marks.
7. Documents issues prior to cutoff date uploaded by the candidates will be considered.
8. If any variation in the document during the verification will be liable for rejection.
